INFORMATIVE DISCLAIMER CLAUSE **Monthly Agreement and Hourly Rate:** Each tier package offered by Most High Consulting LLC operates on a monthly agreement basis, with the specific hours outlined for each monthly retainer. Any hours exceeding the package purchased will be charged at our standard hourly rate of $225 per hour. **Adjunct Alliance Membership Policy:** For members of our Adjunct Alliance program, please note that after nine months of inactivity, your subscription will be canceled, and you will be removed from our Adjunct Alliance vendor page. Membership will be terminated if no client referrals have been made during this period, as maintaining active status within our program requires ongoing engagement and participation. **Subscription and Payout Terms:** All subscriptions are due by the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the fifth. Commission payouts will be processed at the end of the month, between the 29th and 31st, depending on holidays or business days as reflected on the calendar.
